There is only 2 problems: first, you have to go to the options at all the missions because it doesn't keep any data so you have to put your options back (sound, music...) each time you start a mission (they are all off). Secondly, because it don't keep any data, all the missions you done will not be saved. If you want to do all mission you have to do them in order and don't go back to activate cheats or will lose everything.
